£85 (exc vat)
Call out is still chargeable if appliance is not repairable.
If the engineer has to order a spare part and return you will not be charged any additional charge.

Appliance geeks came to repair our oven in the few days before Christmas a couple of years ago. Everybody else said it was irreparable and we had to buy a new one. He did something amazing with the circuitry and it has worked faultlessly ever since. He has just come back to replace the grill element.
He is very bright, courteous, incredibly reliable and very professional. He keeps you up to date with the timing of his visit, the expected cost etc. I would always wait for him to repair anything rather than go elsewhere. It is a pleasure to recommend someone in whom you have such trust.
