Appliance geeks came to repair our oven in the few days before Christmas a couple of years ago. Everybody else said it was irreparable and we had to buy a new one. He did something amazing with the circuitry and it has worked faultlessly ever since. He has just come back to replace the grill element.
He is very bright, courteous, incredibly reliable and very professional. He keeps you up to date with the timing of his visit, the expected cost etc. I would always wait for him to repair anything rather than go elsewhere. It is a pleasure to recommend someone in whom you have such trust.
Mike fixed our neff plate warmer which died on us a couple of weeks ago. We would highly recommend him. Not only for a job well done but also for his excellent customer service, timely response and value for money. We will definitely use Mike again!
